Sport is an excellent ally for fighting cellulite, especially if practiced in water, which thanks to its pressure reactivates microcirculation and has a beneficial draining effect. PracticeI swim, water aerobicsorhydrobike, or light aerobic activity (prolonged and "less" intense), such as walking or spinning, for at least 45 minutes twice a week.
