Carlo 28 – 40023 Castel Guelfo di Bologna (BO) - Companies Register MI – Tax Code and VAT No.: 09198410962 - REA MI – 2075274 is the owner of the RVBLAB trademark, which it markets and distributes worldwide through its retail stores and the website [www.rvblab.com](http://www.rvblab.com) (hereinafter the "Website"), of which it is the owner.

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the General Conditions) govern the purchase of Cosmetica Hub Spa products (hereinafter the Products), made remotely by electronic means through the Website. Such purchases are reserved for Website users residing within the territory of the European Union, who intend to use the Product sales services (hereinafter Customers).

The Customer is required to inform themself and read these General Conditions before completing a purchase on the Website. This information is understood as having been read, understood, and fully accepted by the Customer at the time an order is placed.

The Customer must therefore comply with these General Conditions and consider Cosmetica Hub Spa released from any different conditions from those in force that have not been agreed in advance in writing.

PRODUCTS

The Products available on the Website for online purchase are cosmetics.

All Products are subject to availability at the time. Cosmetica Hub Spa reserves the right to change at any time the limits on quantities and/or the type of goods that can be purchased on the Website.

The Customer will be informed if their order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the ordered product.

PRICES

Product prices are shown on the Website in € (Euro) and include all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs are excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cosmetica Hub Spa constantly checks that all prices shown on the Website are correct; however, this cannot guarantee the absence of errors. Should an error be found in the price of a product, Cosmetica Hub Spa will give the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Products at the correct price or to cancel it.

PROMOTIONS

Cosmetica Hub Spa reserves the right to create special sales conditions or promotions for the Products on its website. The conditions applied to promotions will be regulated from time to time by Cosmetica Hub Spa through specific communications to its Customers.

Unless otherwise regulated, these General Conditions shall apply.

REGISTRATION

To complete a purchase on the Website it is not necessary to be registered, as it is also possible to do so as an unregistered guest.
For those who wish to register, the procedure requires filling out an electronic form, the fields of which must be completed with the Customer’s personal data and email address. Such data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. After registration, the Customer will have a personal account that can be accessed using a username and a strictly confidential password. The assignment of these credentials guarantees the Customer anonymous identification. It is the Customer’s responsibility not to disclose their password to third parties for any reason.

The Customer will be held responsible for any actions and irregular conduct contrary to applicable laws or these General Conditions committed by anyone using the personal account on their behalf. The Customer must promptly notify Cosmetica Hub Spa of any theft, loss, or misplacement of the password, as well as any improper use by third parties of the account or its password that the Customer becomes aware of.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each individual Product on the Website.

To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send to Cosmetica Hub Spa the electronic purchase order form, following the instructions on the Website. The Customer must place the product in the appropriate “shopping bag” and, after viewing and accepting the contribution for delivery costs, as well as the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the conditions on the right of withdrawal, must select the desired payment type and choose the “send order” option.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract entered into between Cosmetica Hub Spa and the Customer is deemed concluded when the order submitted by the Customer reaches the Website address.
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Cosmetica Hub Spa only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed correctly and regularly, without any error being highlighted by the Website.

Cosmetica Hub Spa is not responsible for malfunctions attributable to the operator of the data transmission network.

By sending the order to Cosmetica Hub Spa, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the indications provided during the purchasing procedure and fully accept the General Conditions.

The purchase order form will be stored in the Website database for the time necessary to process the orders.

Cosmetica Hub Spa will send the Customer, by email, an order receipt confirmation containing the essential characteristics of the purchased Products, the date and time the order was placed, the address of Cosmetica Hub Spa, information on assistance services and existing commercial warranties, withdrawal conditions, a detailed indication of the price, the payment method chosen by the Customer, and delivery costs. The Customer must promptly verify the contents of the communication and immediately report to Cosmetica Hub Spa any errors or omissions.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Customer may pay the price of the products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal.

Payment by credit card
For credit card payments, all financial information, such as the card number, expiration date, etc., is managed directly by the Shopify Payments payment gateway, which guarantees the security of online transactions. Cosmetica Hub Spa never becomes aware of the credit card details and is therefore unable to store or retain them in any way.

Payment by PayPal
For PayPal payments, all access information (username and password) is managed directly by PayPal, which guarantees the security of online transactions. Cosmetica Hub Spa never becomes aware of the access information and is therefore unable to store or retain it in any way.

Payment with Scalapay

How does Scalapay work?

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to purchase in online stores, receive the products immediately, and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with monthly due dates.
The service has no additional costs for the customer if the installments are paid by the due date.
At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be charged immediately. The following 2 installments will be charged monthly.

First installment: at the time of purchase
Second installment: 1 month from the date of purchase
Third and final installment: 2 months from the date of purchase

Scalapay immediately pays the seller the full amount of the order and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.

What are the due dates of the 3 installments?

At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be charged immediately. The following 2 installments will be charged monthly.

First installment: at the time of purchase
Second installment: one month from the date of purchase
Third and final installment: two months from the date of purchase

Each installment will be automatically charged to your card on the due date.

How much does it cost me?

Scalapay is completely free for those who purchase, provided that the installments are paid by the established due date.
A late payment fee will be charged only if one or more of the planned installments is not paid by the due date.
Scalapay will notify you a few days before each installment is due via SMS and email.
Late fees
If you have not made the payment before the scheduled due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:

Payment made by the due date = No additional costs!
Payment made more than 1 day late = up to €6 in additional costs
Payment made more than 1 week late = an additional €6 in additional costs (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 EUR for each payment)

The total cost of fees cannot exceed 10% of the total order value.
We are aware that some mitigating circumstances may occur that do not allow payment to be made by the expected date. How much can I buy with Scalapay?

Your purchasing power depends on several factors, such as the store you are buying from, the type of card used, and whether you have already purchased with Scalapay and repaid previous purchases without delays. 
If you are a new customer and have never purchased with Scalapay, your purchasing power may be reduced and will increase over time the more you purchase with Scalapay without incurring payment delays.
Remember that:

Your purchasing power does not depend on your card availability
Scalapay does not use external sources (e.g., CRIF) to assess each customer’s creditworthiness.
Scalapay is not able to provide detailed information on the purchasing power of an individual customer.

Is Scalapay safe?

All payments made with Scalapay are handled by our partner Stripe. Stripe is a global leader in payments management and processes millions of payments every day on sites such as Amazon, Shopify, and Booking.com.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

For delivery of their purchases, the Customer may choose their residence or domicile, workplace, or the private address of a natural person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is within the countries indicated on the Shipping page.

For security reasons, deliveries to PO boxes will not be made and the order will not be processed.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are shown separately on the order form. They may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination of the Products.
In general, all purchases are handed over for delivery to the GLS courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”) on the next business day following the date the order is concluded.

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Cosmetica Hub Spa is not responsible for unforeseeable delays; however, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day after the Customer sent the order to Cosmetica Hub Spa.

To deliver the goods, the presence of the Customer or a representative at the recipient address indicated in the order is required. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer must check:
(i) that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);
(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any mismatch in the number of parcels or the indications must be immediately contested by placing a written “subject to inspection” reservation on the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once the Courier document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

If Cosmetica Hub Spa is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Cosmetica Hub Spa will promptly inform the Customer, in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days, by email. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.

TRACKING NUMBER
Cosmetica Hub Spa will send the Customer a confirmation email once the products have been assigned to the courier.
In order to ensure the security of Product delivery, Cosmetica Hub Spa will keep the tracking number of each delivery made.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Cosmetica Hub Spa aims to provide information on the Website that is constantly updated.

However, it is not possible to guarantee that the Website is completely free of any errors. The Website may contain typos, errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may relate to the price and availability of the Product and to the Product information sheet itself.
Cosmetica Hub Spa reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY

Cosmetica Hub Spa guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Website. RVBLAB branded Products are made with the finest raw materials and comply with the regulations currently in force applicable to cosmetic products.

AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Cosmetica Hub Spa reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of sale at any time. Any changes, modifications, deletions or additions will take effect immediately after communication of the same through notices published on the Website. Once notice has been given, any access to and use of Cosmetica Hub Spa services by the Customer shall be understood as full acceptance of the changes made.
In the event that disputes arise concerning the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale between Cosmetica and the Customers, such disputes are referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
