Shipping policy
We know how important it is to receive your products quickly and without any worries. That is why we have organized our shipping process in a clear and transparent way, so you can shop with peace of mind and always know what to expect.
Orders placed on the RVB LAB online store with delivery to Italy are handled by GLS with standard shipping. Orders with delivery outside Italy are handled by GLS or another courier, depending on availability and the destination country.
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are carefully prepared in our warehouses. Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 48 working hours from receipt. Delivery times in Italy range from 2 to 4 working days, while delivery times to countries outside Italy vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the table in the following section. In both cases, delivery times may be longer in remote areas, such as islands or hard-to-reach provinces, during holidays or promotional periods, strikes, or in the event of force majeure.
Deliveries are not made on public holidays or on days before public holidays.

RVB LAB ships throughout Italy and to the main European countries, with shipping rates and delivery times indicated in the table below.

PLEASE NOTE: shipping is not available to the Spanish autonomous areas of Tenerife, Mallorca, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs may change without prior notice. The final shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and will be displayed before payment.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a link to track your parcel. Delivery is considered completed once the product has been delivered to the address provided when completing the order.
Upon delivery, please carefully check that:
- the packaging and tamper-evident label are intact and show no signs of tampering;
- the number of products received corresponds to what you ordered.
In the event of damage to the packaging or products, or if the contents do not correspond to what you ordered, it is important to report this promptly.
You can contact our Customer Service by completing the contact form, indicating your order number and a brief description of what happened and, where possible, attaching photos documenting the condition of the delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY
In the event of failed delivery due to absence at the address provided, the courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day.
If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, RVB LAB Customer Service will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If we are unable to reach you within the following 5 days, or in the event of a further absence at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to RVB LAB.
After 30 days from the return of the products to RVB LAB due to delivery failure, the contract will be considered terminated and the order cancelled pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
We will then proceed with the refund of the amount paid, net of return shipping costs and storage fees charged by the courier branch.
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to you by email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
