Shipping policy
Orders placed on the RVBLAB online store are handled by the GLS express courier. Orders are processed on the next business day after they are received. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email has been received, orders will be fulfilled using the standard shipping method. Fulfillment may be delayed during the holiday period.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Shipping - The shipping cost in Italy is €5 (VAT included). The order is generally handed over to the courier by the day after the order is received. Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days from when the order is handed over to the courier. Deliveries are not made on holidays and the days immediately preceding them. Delivery times may not be met for shipments to remote areas (Sicily, Sardinia, and provinces that are difficult to reach). Shipping to other countries costs €10 (VAT included); delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
