We guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction by allowing purchased products to be returned.

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the product or if products that do not match what was requested have been sent, you may return your purchase within 14 days from delivery of the product. 
The return of products is subject to acceptance of the product by RVB LAB. To make a return, you must contact our customer service with the following information:

• First and last name

• Order reference number

• SKU codes and quantities of the products you wish to return
  - Confirmation that the products are new, unused, and with the box/case (where present)
  -Confirmation of the date the goods were received

• Address where the pickup should be made and preferred day/time

Once authorization has been received from customer service, the products must be shipped to the following address:

Returns of items purchased will not be accepted unless the procedure indicated above has been completed.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE

To accept the return, we must first verify that the product has not been used and has not suffered any kind of damage. Returned products must be shipped within 14 days starting from the date the order is received, in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength. We will issue a refund only if all these conditions are met. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the end consumer and amount to €5, which will be deducted from the order refund, only if the return is accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you intend to withdraw from a purchase, the shipping costs for returning the product, equal to €5, are borne by the customer. Even if a product is returned for a definitive return request, replacement, or exchange because it does not conform to what was requested or due to an inherent defect (always with regard to unused products), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once we have verified the nature of the return and accepted the claim, the return shipping costs will be borne by RVBLAB.

It is not possible to return products purchased on the online store at RVBLAB physical stores or at stores that distribute RVBLAB products.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE ITALY)

For orders placed outside Italian territory, the return procedure is entirely the responsibility of the end customer. If you wish to return one or more products, you must arrange shipment via a courier of your choice and directly bear the shipping costs. Please note that products must be new, unused, and complete with the box/case (where provided). Before issuing a refund, our team will check the integrity and condition of the returned products. Only if the outcome is positive will the refund be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

REFUND CREDITING

After we receive the return and check that all requirements have been met, we will send the customer an email confirming acceptance and will then proceed to credit back the amount paid. For credit card purchases, the time needed to see the refund will depend on your credit institution. The value date of the credit will in any case be the same as the debit date.
