Cosmetica Hub Spa, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, located at Foro Buonaparte, 67 – 20121 Milan, Italy, VAT No. 09198410962, hereinafter CONTROLLER, in its capacity as data controller, informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, hereinafter GDPR, that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes outlined below:

1) Identity and contact details of the data controller and the data protection officer: The data controller through the website www.rvblab.com is Cosmetica Hub Spa, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, located at Foro Buonaparte, 67 – 20121 Milan, VAT No. 09198410962, and can be contacted via certified email at cosmetica@legalmail.it . You can also contact the Data Protection Officer, D.P.O., Attorney Enrica Vasini, Fiscal Code VSNNRC78M45C573E, reachable via email at enrica.vasini@ordineavvocatirimini.it. You can contact the data controller and the D.P.O. to exercise the rights granted to the data subject by the GDPR and to obtain an updated list of all data processors, both internal and external, sub-processors, and data processing officers.

2) Object of processing: During navigation on the site www.RVBLAB.com the controller processes navigation and connection data, such as the IP address of the browser. Simple navigation on the site does not involve any registration, while the use of cookies, both first-party and third-party, is foreseen, for which reference is made to the cookie policy available on the sitewww.RVBLAB.com. Access to restricted areas, on the other hand, requires registration by entering and using an email and a password chosen by the user, which can be remembered through a technical cookie, subject to the browser's consent. Providing personal data to receive information about the controller's products and services in the relevant restricted areas requires the submission of personal data. Providing such data is optional, but failure to provide it will prevent the controller from providing further information requested by the data subject. Providing personal data to deliver ordered goods is optional, but failure to provide such data will prevent the fulfillment of the order.

3) Purpose of processing and legal basis: Your data is processed:

A) Only with your specific and separate consent (Article 6 letter a) GDPR), informing you that you may revoke the previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent provided before its withdrawal, for the use of cookies while navigating the site www.rvlab.com, as highlighted in the site's cookie policy. There are different types of cookies that require the user's acceptance. The user can choose not to accept the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the banner that appears at the beginning of navigation on the site or modifying their choices. 

B) For the legitimate interest of the controller, for a better browsing experience on the site www.rvlab.com through the use of cookies, as highlighted in the site's cookie policy. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) GDPR. We clarify that this processing method serves our legitimate interest in making our site more navigable, efficient, practical, and secure. The cookies installed by our site are known as "session cookies." They are deleted after the visit ends. C)  For the execution of a contract (purchase, payment methods, and shipment of the products you ordered) (Article 6 letter b) GDPR), if you make purchases through the site www.rvlab.com

-Sending you emails, mail, and/or SMS, and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications, and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the controller, and measuring customer satisfaction regarding service quality, through the provision of personal data and related requests for information on products and services offered by the controller, data collection carried out through the website www.rvlab.com with consent for the sending of newsletters. Consent can always be revoked, as the data subject has the right to stop receiving our news at any time by following the instructions contained in the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication sent by the controller.

E)  For a legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6 letter f) GDPR), in the case of sending soft spam, as defined by Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code, regarding products similar to those you have already purchased in the past. It is clarified that you may always object to such soft spam at any time by sending a communication to the following address: Via Brera n. 6, inserting in the subject "no soft spam," or following the instructions contained in the footer of the emails.

4) Processing methods: The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Article 4, No. 2 GDPR, namely: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, and modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, dissemination, or any other form of making available, comparison, interconnection, restriction, erasure, destruction, portability upon your request. Your personal data is processed in both paper and electronic and/or automated forms. Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. As is your right, automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you will not be based solely on such automated processing unless necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract between the data subject and the data controller, or unless there is explicit consent from the data subject.
